Ann E. Carlisle Coggin (b. ca. 1835) was a farmer's wife from Chambers County, Alabama. In 1852, she married Ebenezer B. Coggin (1834-1863). They had three children: Rosetta (b. ca. 1853), Newton E. (b. ca. 1858), and Georgia A. (b. ca. 1860).
