Daniel Brown Letters

Daniel M. Brown (b. ca. 1829) was a Duplin County, North Carolina farmer. At the time of the 1860 Federal Census, Brown and his wife, Martha J. Brown (b. ca. 1838), were living on their farm with their three small children. Daniel M. Brown served as a private in Co. B, 3rd North Carolina Infantry. He died of typhoid fever at Richmond, Virginia on June 4, 1863.
