Isabelle Hamilton (b. ca. 1806) was a Butler County, Pennsylvania widow. Two of her sons, James Gordon Hamilton and John Hamilton, served in the Union Army. At the time of the 1860 Census, she owned a farm in Butler County farm where she lived along with her children, James (b. ca. 1839), Mary (b. ca. 1842) and Isabelle A. Hamilton (b. ca. 1848).
