Thomas W. G. Inglet (1839-1910) was a native of Richmond County, Georgia, where he made his living as a wheelwright. At the time of the 1860 Census, Inglet (the last name is also spelled Inglett) resided in Richmond County with his wife, Martha (Mattie) Inglet (b. ca 1842), and their one-year-old daughter, Ruthia. Thomas Inglet served as a private (later corporal) in Co. C, 28th Georgia Infantry. He survived the war and in 1900 resided in Richmond County (his occupation listed as farmer) with Mattie and four adult children.
